EasyInvoice - Improve UX for Subscribing _before_ Subscriber is logged in

Problem

If the Subscriber is not logged in when they open the page to subscribe to a new subscription - they'll get sent to the Login page. This creates UX friction for the Subscriber during the initial subscription flow.

Proposed Solution

We need a way for anyone to go to the Subscribe page, start a subscription - and then have the subscription added to their account somehow. And if they don't have an account, they are prompted to create one. They should be able to subscribe even if they don't have an EasyInvoice account yet.

Considerations

• Allow any address to subscribe.
• If the address is known - associated it with the user's account
• If the address is unknown - display big warning that they can still subscribe but that it won't be associated with an account, won't be able to easily administrate it afterward.
  • They can use revoke.cash to revoke Approval to cancel.
