Problem

Dashboard Total Payments shows separate totals for each currency. It's large and ugly. It should show a single USD amount.

History

This ugly UI was developed when we built Subscriptions as a bug fix - because we were showing a single USD value that was incorrectly calculated (which is worse than ugly). This was before we had USD price tracking in the API.
