Issacsim integration and python version #86
Description
Ark has integrated the latest Isaac Sim 5.x release, which requires Python 3.11+. As a result, Ark needs to be updated to ensure full compatibility with the new Python version. Any components that break due to this upgrade especially the RL pipeline and Gym integration should be identified and fixed.
This issue tracks all necessary updates, dependency adjustments, and code changes needed to support Isaac Sim 5.x and Python 3.11 across the project.
