General Conversation Branching

Many times, I started task by providing Roo a bunch of files and links to read to context on board itself. Then, leveraging that context, I complete a task with Roo. Then, I want to complete a new task without the previous task's messages in my context, but still with the initial context dump that Roo gathered within the context window. Currently, while I could go back in the history to before I started that task and continue from there, it that would delete the entire conversation history for completing the initial task, which I don't want since I've potentially might need to pick it up later. Branching would enable me to achieve this use case without deleting the conversation history for completion of the existing task which used that context.
