After getting some feedback from @Rust-GPU/rust-gpu-maintainers and maybe some folks at the Rust-gamedev discord, I'll prepare a v0.1.0 tag and push this to crates.io.

I think we're getting close here. I'll add the tickets that need to be addressed before we can release.
