How to Create the Communication Arrangement for SAP_COM_0A69

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SAP Fiori launchpad.

  2. Navigate to Communication Management.

  3. Choose Communication Arrangements tile.

  4. Choose New.

  5. In the Scenario field, select the predefined communication scenario SAP_COM_0A69.

  6. Enter Arrangement Name.

  7. Choose Create.

  8. Navigate to the Outbound Communication area.

  9. In the Communication System field, enter the communication system that you created. See, How to Configure the Communication System for SAP_COM_0A69

  10. Choose Save.

Next Steps

Once the communication system and arrangement are created, you can continue with creating an intelligent scenario of type Generative AI in the ABAP development tools for Eclipse.

You are required to create an intelligent scenario for your Gen AI use cases. To create an intelligent scenario, see Creating Intelligent Scenarios and Creating Intelligent Scenario Models.
