[doc issue] update java versions to recent ones

Issue description

Hi,
last week there was a scheduled java patch release (CPU).
Can you please update the Java versions on page
https://github.com/SAP-docs/btp-cloud-platform/blob/main/docs/30-development/sapmachine-785d6b3.md

Please replace
11.0.27 with 11.0.28
17.0.15 with 17.0.16
21.0.7 with 21.0.8

I'll update the versions (now) but in general I don't think it's necessary to do that with every single SapMachine update. The version numbers used in the code blocks are just examples.

The page is updated. You can see the changes on the Help Portal with the next SAP BTP release (this week).
