[doc issue] Plattform user can not connect to Subaccount

Issue description

We are currently experiencing an issue with two users.
They were created in the MEWA Textil-Service AG & Co. Management OHG
global account and the Integration SAP CPI TEST
subaccount with the roles Subaccount Viewer and PI_Integration_Developer.

However, both users are unable to log in to the site.
When they try to reset their password via “Forgot Password,” no email is sent to them.
Unfortunately, our in-house Basis Administration is not able to resolve this issue.

Problem solved, S_user doesn't exist, so after added, they receive a mail to logon on. Thanks . olak
