Deployment to CF

This is a very nice set of exercises; the only place I have found that provides details on mixing db services and external services. My issue has to do with deployment to CF. It would be great to see if there is any impact that mocking/no mocking has on entries in the package.json. Seems model: property for the service might be different, but it is hard to tell. I will go read the model: info at capire to see if there are any pointers.
