[SF][ViewSettingsDialog] Check box in "Filter By" isn't work.

After clicking on check box in "Filter By" List Item, the target isn't selected. If clicking on the whole item, it works fine. Please check the video.

I tested it inside ui5-webcomponents playground with version 2.6.2 and it seems to work as your expectations. Could you please check it: https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/nightly/components/fiori/ViewSettingsDialog/

This issue can be reproduced in playground. The ui5-webcomponents has the same issue. Would you please check my record again?

If clicking on filter item and back, 3 items are selected.

If clicking on check box in filter item and back, no one is selected.
