ShellBar Title and WCAG 2.1, SC 1.4.4, Level AA, Resize Text

I use a ShellBar and have to meet accessibility Success Criterion 1.4.4 Resize Text (Level AA).

For screen width 1280px and resize the browser into 200%, the long title is truncated.

Now it can't meet this Success Criterion, due the whole title isn't visible, and other ways to see the whole title are not provided.

Are any solutions to meet this Success Criterion?
