tcf files as produced by SWAN often contain an undocumented switch to make TRIM write the variance-covariance matrix.
the problem is that this flag is on it's own, i.e. without "on" or "off" or anything.
This is not easy to handle with the current read_tcf algorithms. For now, I've included a hack to replace the line "IMPCOVOUT" by "IMPCOVOUT on" in read_tcf(), but clearly a more elegant solutions might be preferable.
