Feature Request -- Amazon Podcast & Apple Premium Podcast

Clear and concise description of the problem

Hi, Thank you so much for maintaining PodFetch. I am curious if you might be interested in adding support for downloading podcasts from Amazon Music and paid subscriptions from Apple Podcast. The former offers quite a few ad-free podcasts and Apple Podcast has a number of quite decent paid channels. But Amazon Music has horrendous UI and Apple Podcast isn't really available outside the Apple ecosystem.

I searched around and can't really find a useful implementation anywhere.
