Feature Request: Add note for address/UTXO on the receive->Advanced screen

I always label my transactions by taking advantage of the notes option in the unspent outputs section. At the moment, the only way i see to add a note is when the address has been used and the UTXO is available from the unspent outputs menu.

I'd like to be able to add a note when I generate the address in the receive section, before any bitcoin has made a move. That way, if the service/sender takes a few hours or days to send the transaction, the label will pop up within the wallet and automatically add the note to the specified UTXO. This frees up the user from trying to remember what transactions are from what sender and could prevent users from combining the wrong UTXOs and degrading privacy.
