Module usability improvements #988

Describe the problem you are trying to solve.
The current module system has two quirks that decreases its usability:

Module destructors are not called in the reverse order they were constructed
Importing a parent module from a child entity of that parent doesn't work

Describe the solution you'd like
Fix the quirks.
