Configure JobsV4 for Retrieve #406

The landingPage uses a hardcoded jobType: "public".
With the new jobs subsystem for Jobs v4 we would like to configure the jobType in the landingpage, too.
Describe the solution you'd like
Migrate the retrieve Job to v4 and add more config options, like the jobType.
