Dokku Sentry plugin

I'd like a Dokku plugin that would basically function like the Sentry Heroku addon: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/sentry

That means it would create a Sentry project for each app and set SENTRY_DSN for apps automatically, then notify Sentry when a new deploy is made. Maybe other stuff too if that makes sense.
