Custom Functions keyword arguments

Motivation

A lot of functions in postgres require keyword args that use a kw => val syntax. It would be great if this could be supported. Example I am working with now.

    Expr::cust_with_values(
        "id @@@ paradedb.match($1, $2, conjunction_mode => true, distance => 1, prefix => true)",
        [field, term],
    )

Proposed Solutions

None right now but, will glance at the src code soon.
