Purchasing Company payment terms are not surfaced within the BuyerIdentity: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/functions/reference/payment-customization/graphql/common-objects/buyeridentity. I've love to see this surfaced to functions for better B2B context on payment customizations specifically. Similar to what we get on checkout ui extensions where we know the payment terms: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/checkout-ui-extensions/unstable/apis/standardapi#properties-propertydetail-checkoutsettings.
