Fail the action in case of error #8
Description
It would be nice to fail the action in case of an error to make any issues more visible. Even if not the default behavior, an option to opt-in to failing on error could be useful for test workflows.
For instance, the additional requirement of the signpath GitHub app caused an error that did not cause the action to fail.
