Suppress no fetch warning

With alias pnpm='sfw pnpm' I get this warning any time I run a non-package-related command from pnpm, like building, running tests, or just installing from local cache.

Is there a way to suppress this warning? Almost all of my invocations of pnpm aren't expected to fetch packages, and this goes for most of the other supported package managers (npm, cargo, etc)

You're not the first to mention this, and I agree it is annoying. The best idea we've come up with is a heuristic for the subcommand and its args. We should be able to silence this output for certain pnpm subcommands, and the same for other package managers.

The message is there to avoid false confidence, where people think sfw is blocking something when pnpm is actually pulling from local cache. We'd like to preserve that, without the annoyances elsewhere.

We'll be working on this next week and may need to iterate a little to really minimize the annoyance. I'll leave this issue open in the meantime.

Thanks! For my purposes I'm also fine with just setting an environment variable that sfw can check to suppress the message.
