server limiter update #238

when you set the limiter to advanced(more than 10 server) you need to update that in the server_list. this is there where you can see: is the server on or off. there is also the limiter to 10 please update that i had set the servers 2 times and after refresh the site and then it is just like before on 10 server

please update that
