Create CTags Outside of Sublime

I typically dev in a Linux VM from a Win machine.

When I use Ctags from the host machine on the files on Linux Guest over SMB share, I get issues like #192

No such file or directory

When i try building manually from linux I get issue

No such file or directory: '\\\\VM\\some_path\\.tags_sorted_by_file'

It would be nice if the docs included an example of the command params and additional steps required to build Ctags for use with this plugin outside of Sublime.

Otherwise it'd be great if rebuilding from sublime worked over an SMB network location.
