invalid error message when iguana core isn't running

invalid error message when iguana core isn't running and user try to create wallet.

1. don't run iguana core
2. open the index.html ( i m testing on prod version)
3. click on create wallet button
4. copy the passphrase and click on next button and verify the passphrase
5. select any coin doesn't matter
6. click on next button
7. click on Accept button if error message doesn't pop up then click on twice thrice until error message pop.

Here issue is that the error indicates the we didn't pass the valid passphrase but actually we aren't running iguana core. so i think we should indicate the proper error message which could inform user about the actual issue

though that issue has been fixed but I'm observing error message look like iguana core is running pop up despite running the iguana core and it's coming randomly.
