Dynamic defaults?

Are there a way to do dynamic defaults? For example, I may add a new field, and want to default it:

@Default(true)
var myNewField: Bool

But maybe I want to default the value based on some other computed value:

@Default(self.someOtherValue == .theBlessedValue)
var myNewField: Bool

Is there a way to accomplish this?
