Description: We would like to request a feature that allows each HMI panel to have its own instantiable notification panel. The feature should include the following functionalities:

1. Individual Notification Panels: Each HMI panel should be able to have its own separate notification panel.
2. Icon Status Indicators (Icons on the notification panel should be able to display different statuses using color indicators): Blue,
   Green and Red status.
3. Blinking Icons: The icons should also have the capability to blink, which could be used to attract the operator's attention for critical statuses or alerts.

Justification: This feature would enhance the usability of the HMI by providing clear and customizable status indicators directly on each panel, ensuring that operators can quickly identify and respond to important alerts and status changes.
