Describe the bug
files or folders created within the Android directory cannot be found via search when the user returns to the root directory.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the 'Android' folder.
2. Create any file or folder within this folder ("media" here).
3. Return to the root directory.
4. Use the search function to look for the newly created file or folder by name.
5. Observe that the search yields no results for the file or folder.

Expected behavior
It is expected that the search function should find and display files or folders regardless of their location within the internal storage when searched from the root directory.
