Description
Versions 2.0 and above cannot complete the installation and will prompt "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open msi file
  2. After click "Install"
