Discord Invite on README badge

The Discord invite on the README badge points to a "Torch" server at https://discord.gg/8uHZykr.
Upon entering the server I couldn't do or see anything.

The invite on the website points to another Discord Server called "Torch (Discord2) ™" at https://discord.com/invite/trK6sYdcNE).

Seems like the invite URL on the README was left behind.
