Update worldedit's api to the latest one

I was having issues compiling until I figured out that com.sk89q.spigot:bukkit-classloader-check:1.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT is the thing that gets changed for it to compile correctly.

This version is out of date and there is no real support for it. When we complete this issue compiling will work again.

@Wild1145 I used the 7.0.0 snapshot while compiling that's how I know 💯
