UI hide reverse bug

KSP version: 1.12.5.3190
ARP version: 1:v2.11.0.0 (from ckan)

in some cases when switching between iva (with UI hidden) and back to flight view, ARP will be in reverse hide state than rest of UI (so it's hidden normally, but shows up when rest of UI is hidden).
