URL Issues in the Homepage

could access the homepage on https://ai-fairness-360.org/ and not the address mentioned in Github repo (https://aif360.res.ibm.com/) due to SSL issues.
Other links on the homepage do not work, for example: DOCS or Get Started Button which is supposed to be at http://aif360.mybluemix.net/
Is it abandoned?
