[Bug] Official extensions fail to load in standalone builds (HTML/EXE)

I've noticed that official extensions stop working after converting the project to HTML or EXE. Is this a known limitation of the packager?

i would expect https://packager.turbowarp.org/ still works. we just screwed up some things in the desktop app
