Bug Description

Under HCB / HCW themes for and with headerText attribute,

• the separator is not present to differentiate between the heading and the rest of the contents present
• the heading text is not being bolded

Expected Behaviour

Under HCB and HCW theming, separator and title font weight shall keep same behaviors as they are under horizon theming.
