[Feature] Add confirmation of tool checkout

**Feature Description**
On tool checkout screen, show confirmation that tool was/was not checked out

**Requirements**
- When a tool is checked out, it becomes clear that the checkout succeeded
- More clarity if the checkout button cannot be pressed
