When I try to use the UI in the Chip Editor the following issues seem to persist:
[1] Scrolling Screen Left to Right and vise versa causes the wires and the Buttons to move position
[2] Upon saving/Exiting a Chip and reloading the game there is occasions very often when the Buttons on either end of the Chip in Editor are "Ghosted" aka stuck despite not exsisting in most cases of this incident
