ODMR GUI default view - counter of elapsed sweeps hidden

What is affected by this bug?

The counter for the elapsed sweeps is hidden for ODMR GUI default view (multiple ranges ODMR),
master branch, version 79dc7dc

When does this occur?

Everytime when the GUI view is set to default the counter of elapsed sweeps is again hidden.

Where on the platform does it happen?

CW ODMR GUI

How do we replicate the issue?

Reset the view of CW ODMR GUI to default view.

Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

Default view should consider the default size of the counter of elapsed sweeps.
