Switch_combiner_interfuse seems hard-coded #700

What is affected by this bug?
The way I understand the switch_combiner_interfuse is that it allows several switch hardwares being operated in a single switch Gui. well in the script, we see that switch1 and switch2 are not connected through configuration file. For additional switch hardwares, what I see is that, one has to revise scripts in the switch_combiner_interfuse for such purpose.
