I am creating this issue separate #375 to keep each bug report focused and manageable.
To help us investigate and resolve this issue, could you please provide:

1. Specific details about the issue:

   • What render pipeline are you using? (Built-in RP / URP / HDRP)
   • What exactly happens when you enable both Outline and Transparency in UTS3?
   • Are there any error messages in the console?

2. Sample project with reproduction steps

   • A minimal reproduction project would be extremely helpful
   • Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue

3. Expected vs. Actual behavior:

   • Screenshots or videos comparing UTS2 (working) vs UTS3 (not working) would be valuable

I would also like to request this feature/bug fix. Please note that I haven't personally used UTS2, so I cannot verify its behavior or provide comparison screenshots, but I am definitely experiencing this issue in UTS3. Here are my details:

1. Specific details about the issue:

• Render Pipeline: URP
• Behavior: When Transparency is enabled, the Outline section of the shader completely disappears from the material inspector, and the outline effect is disabled.
• Console Errors: No errors are thrown in the console when this happens.

2. Reproduction steps:

1. Create a new material using the UTS3 shader.
2. Navigate to the material properties and enable Transparency.
3. Observe that the Outline section is immediately hidden/disabled.

3. Expected vs. Actual behavior:

• Expected: The Outline properties should remain visible and functional even when Transparency is active.
• Actual: The Outline disappears, preventing its use alongside transparency.

Thanks for the bump.
I've looked into this a bit, and I can say that this is the expected behavior in the current Unity Toon Shader rather than a bug: when Transparency is enabled, the Outline section is intentionally hidden in the inspector, which is why there are no errors.

Technically speaking, enabling transparency consumes the render pass that the outline would normally use.

Therefore, I'll consider this as a feature request.
