Describe the documentation you want to change

We should add a privacy policy somewhere (wiki, app, a repo file, maybe all?).

This is because ADB is very powerful, so we should clearly outline the kinds of data UAD-NG is allowed to fetch from ADB. We should also explicitly specify that there is no telemetry. And make users aware of the HTTP requests sent to GH servers whenever the app checks for updates (app & list)
