docs(wiki): sync repo mirror with live-wiki edits

Bring the docs/wiki-* mirror up to the live wiki's own edits so the mirror
is the single source of truth: adopt the redesigned Home (and change its
"command strips" line to foam mounting squares), the Firmware-Guide select:
edit, and the de-emojified sidebar.
