It is possible to use the skills offical mcp server and or skills to create dashboards, but in order to this with quality and consistency it requires using AGENTS.md or other ways of adding context. We should add a skill for managing dashboards that instructs it to do the following
- always validate query results for each panel using the query skill or mcp tool for querying
- provide reference panels or dashboards
- instruction to use reference dashboard to make each panel
- validate that the dashobard is valid json
