migrate from deprecated react-beautiful-dnd and fix typescript errors

Now [react-beautiful-dnd](https://github.com/atlassian/react-beautiful-dnd?tab=readme-ov-file) is deprecated and don't support the types from new versions of react. [Here](https://atlassian.design/components/pragmatic-drag-and-drop/optional-packages/react-beautiful-dnd-migration/code) one of option how to do it automatically.
Also need to fix other types errors.
