Demo Video Guide for Google OAuth Verification

Recommended length: 1-3 minutes

What to show:

1. OAuth Flow

   • Start at the login/connect page
   • Click "Sign in with Google" or "Connect Google Calendar"
   • Show the OAuth consent screen with the calendar scope permission
   • User grants permission

2. Calendar Creation

   • Show the app creating the "WIT Courses" calendar
   • Demonstrate that the calendar appears in the user's Google Calendar

3. Event Syncing

   • Show course events being synced to the calendar
   • Optionally show an event being updated/deleted

4. Why Full Calendar Access is Needed

   • Briefly explain (voiceover or text overlay):
     • We create a dedicated calendar for course schedules
     • We manage calendar sharing across multiple Google accounts
     • We sync, update, and delete events as schedules change
     • Read-only or events-only scopes aren't sufficient for this functionality

Tips:

• Upload to YouTube (unlisted is fine)
• No need for fancy editing - screen recording with basic narration works
• Make sure no sensitive credentials are visible during recording
