schedule didn't update after making a change to my schedule in LeopardWeb

I recently (more than 24 hours ago) switched English sections for next semester and I still see the old section in the extension and in my GCal.

i have verified the crn doesn't exist in the backend... (dm'd), @Cattn, moving this back to frontend as we need to establish some flow for detecting the course no longer exists and updating the data.

There will likely need to be some backend endpoint, but at least as a start the frontend needs a button to "refresh" course data as we dont really give them that option once we have the data.

@Cattn lmk if there's anything I can do to help, I could write the button if you'd like, just lmk where you want it. I'm not sure how to implement the behavior for the button though so that would prob be something you implement or if you lmk how to do it I'll gladly implement it. :)
