Resending Simulated (Disabled) Emails dont send correctly

Hey guys!

I Enabled Email Simulation since we were changing the status of very old orders and didnt want customers to receive emails for these changes. Once I turned off Email simulation, there were a few orders that needed their Simulated Emails Re-Sent. When I clicked Resend, it showed the emails sent just fine. When I checked our sent folder on our email, the email was sent as a Plain Text Email but shows all the code for the HTML Email (See attached screenshot).

I'd assume this is some kind of glitch and wanted to bring it to your attention :)

TDLR: Resending Simulated Emails sends to customer as Plain Text format of the code of an HTML Email.
