Bulk reject suggestions #18466

Describe the problem
Sometimes we have new users uploading in bulk a bunch of autotranslated suggestions that are of bad quality. We recently had someone upload 120,000. It would be great to have a button to "bulk reject" all suggestions from a user for these use-cases.
Solution brainstorm
Just like the recently added "bulk accept" button, one to do exactly the opposite would be great.
