Gamemode not loaded

I have made my own mode, but gmpublisher refuses to publish it. For the test, I even tried to publish the TTT gamemode, but nothing worked, gmpublisher still gives an error, what's the matter?
And I wanted to ask, is it possible to publish modes in general through the program?
In garry's mod my gamemode working and can game.
I've attached photos, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Can you show the error from gmpublisher?

I added the content and entities folder, because there are just more files with an error, but the reason before that was exactly the same.
For the test, I tried to publish maps and weapons from the entities folder separately, but gmpublisher can still publish them. I don't understand why he can't publish my mode, as well as TTT and base gamemode.

at the same time, if my mode is in the gamemodes folder, then it works without errors.
