Snippet: Allowed blocks in editor without impacting site editor

This question came up in the outreach channel in slack and I provide a solution, think this might be a simple yet useful snippet to put on the dev blog

For context, question was about restricting blocks in the editor without breaking the site editor. This snippet can be used as a start point:
