Wordpress interface skeleton sidebar width

I see the sidebars have an inline width applied to containing div's so I know they are not set in css.

Where is this set? I'm building a block editor for a plugin page but can't seem to figure out how I can properly set these widths.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PS. I am listing 'wp-edit-post' as a script dependency, this is probably why the widths are getting inlined. Since this is build with the scripts package, maybe I wouldn't need to and this issue would be avoided? Just looking for advice.
